In this blog, I want to present some of my ideas implementing live-electronics in drumming.
During the last years, I have been experimenting a lot with effects, synthesizers, triggers, microphones and programming, to find a way of expanding the range of the sound of acoustic drums. I feel like sharing some of the concepts. Sometimes it sounds great, sometimes it feels more like an experiment - but maybe somebody else might feel inspired by the way things are happening.
